Went there with some friends and had a nice time. One of the guests was vegan and we had some issues to make a dish suitable for her but at the end the restaurant came through, but it would be nice to have a vegan section in their menu which by the way was pretty comprehensive. We started with a salad and pizza with truffle oil and as mains we had the vegan dish, 2 people shared the a salt encrusted fish which was cut and served on the table, one had a penne Arabiata and I had a tenderloin (medium). The fish was good, penne was OK, my steak was not medium, It looked like it was cooked sous vide And the reverse seared but was cooked rare... All in all we had a good time and the seating was very Cosy. Nice place.

The restaurant is beautiful, inside and out, the staff is very friendly and kind, always ready for your attention. Perfect Negroni aperitif accompanied by appetizers, the flavor of the focaccia was like in Italy, excellent aubergine parmigiana, the lasagna was simply delicious. The mixed green salad was light and delicious. The squid was one of the stars of our meal. It was so tender and packed full of flavor, excellently executed. The eggplant was great, rich but I’m balance and highly satisfying. The Dead Sea salt crusted sea bass was the other star of our meal. The whole fish was deboned and filleted in front of us.The fish was tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Overall a tremendous meal. Recommended dishes Dead Sea Salt-Crusted Sea Bass

I was in Amman on a business trip and went out for dinner at Solaya with my colleague. Such a beautiful interior decor and vibe. Very cozy, classy and stylish. The food was delicious so was the wine. The presentation is perfect! Highly recommended.
This is a cozy restaurant with beautiful interior design that combines western with modern elegant feel. We had a family lunch luckily got a happy hour discount. We tried the octopus 🐙 which was very good as well several starters like the aubergine mozzarella and the Freud calamari n shrimps. Oh by the way the bread, butter, and oil is superb. U can literally eat the butter with a spoon. The oil was a mixed of parsley coriander and basel. Anyhow main dishes were good so was the presentation. The chocolate ice cream was one of a kind with some secret punch that made it taste delicious and abnormally great. Service was excellent.
Solaya is great if you are looking for an elegant, healthy, consistent restaurant. I’ve had my food there and also delivered with the same quality as dine in. The food is good, the staff is kind, the drinks are amazing. They have a beautiful bar, upstairs bar and seating and a beautiful outdoor seating.

It’s the kind of place for a celebration like an anniversary or a birthday. YES it is that special. The outdoor seating was wonderful on a mild summer evening. We had the octopus appetizer then, I had the salmon and my husband the ribeye. He even liked the gristle! They served dessert with a box was chocolate for our anniversary. Staff was so attentive and friendly. Will be going back for sure!

Very stylish and clean place. Employees are also very friendly. I can say the address of the meat. Also the octopus and shrimp they made were very nice. I never thought I would eat burrato cheesehere.
I believe this is one of the best restaurants in Amman, its abit expensive, but you will be paying for the high quality food.

A new favorite place in Amman! The decor and ambiance is very chic, attention to detail is felt in every corner, outdoor seating area is beautiful. Staff are very friendly. The food is really tasty and they have a good wine selection. You can book online which is always terrific and not all restaurants in Amman have this option.

As a member of Artico group, Solaya provides you with top level quality in Amman. Very nice atmosphere with very nice staffs. And eventually, the lunch course of a soup, ravioli pasta and sea bream which I had today was great. Recommend to visit! And want to visit dinner soon.

I visited Solaya, and my favorite restaurant in Amman changed. Solaya is a very fantastic place. From the inside to the garden, everything was perfect, and a little dark, but the lighting was romantic. The staff was very professional, friendly and perfect. Besides, all the food was the best, even the last dessert. Dinner in Solaya was perfect.
Exquisite atmosphere, fine dining experience with a distinguish care for the details.
Oysters and wine selection were fantastic, crab/pasta dish was divine.
