Modern, stylish upmarket restaurant with an extensive menu. Tasty dishes and very attentive service. This restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel and we were looking for something other than what the hotel had on offer for lunch. As soon as we walked in, saw the elegantly appointed open dining area with its full length glass doors looking out onto a terrace surrounded by greenery and perused the extensive menu, we realised we had made the right choice. Choosing something from the menu was difficult given that so many dishes sounded appealing. Menu options included 13 appetisers, eight salads, five carpaccio and tartar dishes, nine pasta and risotto dishes, soups, pizzas, five main course fish and seven main course meat dishes in addition to char grilled meat from the grill and eight sides. We ended up settling on starters of the aubergine parmigiana and the salmon carpaccio with mains of the Asparagus risotto and a seafood risotto with a seasonal salad as a side. Focaccia was also good. All of the dishes were beautifully presented and very tasty. Wine list was also quite extensive but we stuck to sparkling water. Service was very attentive and very efficient. Cost was also very reasonable at JOD65 (AUD130). There was a very trendy bar and lounge upstairs but unfortunately we ran out of time to try it out.

Amazing service and food! Gwen was an amazing waitress! The food was perfect! We will be back again. Paul is an awesome manager and makes sure the guest are taken care of.

Wonderful place and staff I don't know from where to start, but I would like to share my experience. The atmosphere is beautiful. you find the hostility from the first step you enter the place, and the way they approach the service is perfect. when it comes to the food, you don't know what to order as all their dishes are delicious, but they have the best Truffle Pizza in town. I would like to thank all the staff especially Kamel Ramdan , for making our night wonderful.

Best food, best ambience Amazing restaurant, distinguished service and delicious food . Ambience is very grand and relaxing, waiters are friendly and good varied foods and wines. Outside terrace and main restaurant hall elegantly furnished. Solaya is a must to enjoy .
