Chef Ali Al Atat
Chef Ali Al Atat has a wealth of experience working in 5 star hotels including The Marriott and The Mövenpick and acclaimed restaurants regionally such as the prestigious La Petite Maison Dubai and Beirut. Chef Ali has been acknowledged for successfully being engaged in modifying and creating new menus while meeting all necessary quality standards. He has also been involved in monitoring daily food costs with key kitchen and F&B team members, while directing and coordinating with the kitchen.
Victor Kiswell
Mr. Kiswell has been supplying DJs, collectors and producers rare records for more than 15 years. Passionate about music with records that represent a wide range of styles and backgrounds, their common factor being that they more or less all have a jazz or funk tinge to them. He is regularly referred to as being someone who “provides inspiration” to musicians, radio programmers and film makers.

Chef Diana, believes ‘cooking is an art’ which combines various tastes to stimulate the senses. Chef Diana has extensive experience in many restaurants including Michelin star. He was nominated as an Official Chef by The Best Chef Awards, in 2019.

Sardinian born, Chef Tola is known for his culinary deliberation, with various color combinations, which are awakened by nature and everyday life.
